Learn MoreOverview
The City of Yellowknife invites residents to provide feedback on a proposed 31 room hotel (Bartam Hotel) located at 4105 Franklin Avenue (adjacent to the Arnica Inn on Franklin Avenue).
The City of Yellowknife Zoning By-law requires that all adjacent property owners within 30 metres be notified of a proposed development that is conditionally permitted and provided an opportunity to comment. Due to the limited number of residents that this notification area includes and due to the prominent location of this site within Yellowknife, the City is aware that greater neighbourhood consultation is appreciated. We have extended the opportunity to comment until Sunday, May 1 2016 and have opened up the consultation to the community.
Project Details:
- 31 room hotel proposed to be located at 4105 Franklin Ave.
